These values meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 3834–4, emphasizing the importance of constantly striving for improvements in efficiency, communication, and decision-making to ensure the highest possible standard in everything we do.

We shall ensure that:

ALCOHOL AND DRUGS

Regarding alcohol at our workplaces:
  • No employee, whether employed or contracted, or subcontractor is allowed to come to the company's workplace under the influence of alcohol.
  • It is also not allowed to consume alcohol or appear under the influence at the workplace.
  • It is the responsibility of each employee to be aware of alcohol problems among coworkers. By acknowledging the problem, they take the first step for their coworker to address the issue.
  • Restrictiveness should prevail regarding alcohol in connection with representation, courses, and conferences, and alcohol-free alternatives should always be available.
  • How we handle acute situations, repeated incidents, and misuse.
 
Regarding drugs at our workplaces:
  • Since the use of narcotics is punishable in Sweden, we expect our employees not to commit any type of drug offense at or in connection with work.
  • Any non-medical possession and use of narcotics pose safety risks that are unacceptable in the workplace.

  • Extensive Storage Space: 1200 m² with over 1000 pallet spaces for finished products, as well as an extensive production inventory for products in process.
